Brattleboro Campus: Copies of all course required textbooks are available for check-out during the library's open hours. Loan periods will apply as follows:
2 hour loans will be checked out for a 2 hour period. If the item is checked out less than 2 hours before the library closes, it will be due back 1/2 hour after the library opens on its next business day. For example, reserve books that are checked out on Friday at 3:45 pm will be due back by Sunday at 2:30 pm.
Overnight loans will be checked out for a 24 hour period. If the due date/time falls on a day when the library is closed, the item will be due back 1/2 hour after the library opens on its next business day.
DC Campus: Copies of all course required textbooks are available for check out. Please contact the DC Student Services Coordinator for details.
SIT's e-Reserves consists of readings (book chapters, journal articles or websites) selected by the faculty for individual courses. e-Reserves are password protected, for login information please refer to your courses Moodle page or contact your faculty member directly.
Students can view and/or print the material 24 hours a day from any Internet-connected computer, eliminating the need for multiple print copies and accommodating differing study habits.
NOTE: Due to copyright restrictions all SIT course e-Reserves will only be accessible to students between the actual start and end dates of each semester.
